Located 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, come and spend a holiday in a spacious and well located apartment, with in walking distance to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and golf courses. Big swimming pool with good outside area. FREE gym membership for all guests to the local gym, 1,8 km distance from the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet apartment block with a lift and underground parking. The swimming pool is only a few steps away from the apartment, and the beach is only 5 km away. Las Ramblas golf, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are close by, only 1 km away. Enjoy the morning sun on the private terrace, where you have tables and chairs. The living room consists of 2 sofas, a fire place, tv with English, Spanish and international channels, and an extendable dining table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one en suite with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is spacious and has a fridge, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The utility room has a washing machine and iron. The apartment has WiFi and air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room.
3 golf courses are nearby, walks by bike or on foot along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French restaurants) in walking distance.

Minimum stay is 3 days.
Cleaning fee is 80€ plus 10€ per person (for towels and bed linen) to be given on your arrival to the handing-over of the keys.
Cleaning is FREE for bookings over 7 days.
200€ security deposit must be paid through PayPal and is refunded within 7 days of departure.
