How can I not be moved by this review from a dear client:

I wouldn’t call it an experience, but rather fantastic service from Viktors Farmor.

I was going on a hiking trip to Mallorca. On the first hike, I became unwell due to heart problems. With excellent help from our tour leader Pia, who managed to contact a doctor, I was then admitted to the hospital with heart issues.

I would like to say a thousand thanks for the great service provided by Viktors Farmor. A special thanks to our tour leader Pia and local agent Helle for their tremendous support throughout my illness. Never have I experienced better service. Helle even came to visit me at the hospital—thank you for that.

I very much hope to recover in time for your trip in October and be able to join then.

Flowers will always cheer you up on a rainy day.

This is Gernika in the Basque Country in the north of Spain, famous primarily for the devastating 1937 bombing by N**i and Fascist forces during the Spanish Civil War, which inspired Pablo Picasso's iconic anti-war painting "Guernica," making the town a global symbol of war's horrors; it's also historically significant for Basque culture, home to the ancient Tree of Gernika and Casa de Juntas (Assembly House), symbols of Basque democracy and identity.
