As one of Taiwan’s established multi‑city operators, City Suites Group is focused on driving stable growth and expanding its international reach. This upgraded agreement reflects a shared ambition to deepen collaboration and scale performance across key markets.

📈 Building on strong momentum, the partnership follows 90% year‑on‑year growth, with early results under the new term already accelerating significantly. This performance highlights the strength of the collaboration and the opportunity to unlock further growth together.

Through this partnership, City Suites Group enhances its global visibility, gaining broader access to international B2B demand via HBX Group’s distribution network. Yesterday at ITB China in Shanghai, HBX Group Wholesale Regional Director MEAPAC, Andrew Boocock, joined the panel discussion, “From API to AI: Deconstructing the Transformation of B2B Distribution," alongside industry leaders from DerbySoft, GlobalTix and Convergent, to explore how travel distribution is evolving from traditional connectivity models to a more intelligent, AI-driven ecosystem.

One of the key themes discussed was the shift in B2B distribution from pure access to inventory towards intelligence-led decision-making. While APIs laid the foundation for global connectivity at scale, AI is now enhancing how distribution operates in real time, enabling greater relevance, efficiency and speed across the ecosystem.
