As partners of Cap Vermell Grand Hotel since its opening, it was a pleasure to be part of this milestone celebration and share this moment with the incredible team behind its success.
The evening brought together inspiring moments, wonderful company, and an exceptional culinary journey showcasing the hotel’s outstanding gastronomy:
• Creative Mediterranean creations by VORO, the only two-Michelin-star restaurant in the Balearic Islands, led by Chef Álvaro Salazar.
• Authentic Spanish flavors from Bravo Restaurant, a concept full of character and tradition.
• A Mediterranean experience by Villa Sofia, celebrating local products and seasonal ingredients.
A heartfelt thank you to Toni Mir and the amazing Events Team — Laura, Joana & Pol — for the invitation and the warm welcome.
