Beautiful flat with big terrace in single house in Palma, near the hospital Son Espaces
The house
Cosy flat in Palma de Mallorca (neighbourhood Son Sardina), 10 minutes from the city centre of Palma and 15 minutes from the nearest beach. Very quiet location, but in 2 minutes you are on the city highway around Palma, with excellent connection to the rest of the island. Very near to the hospital Son Espaces. Easily reachable from the airport.
The flat is on the first floor of a family house and has 4 double rooms, a kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms. There is a balcony and a cute terrace to have breakfast, and a huge roof terrace to take the sun. From there you have superb views over Palma and can enjoy nice sunsets over the Tramuntana.
All rooms are exterior, lots of light. There is air conditioning in the living room, WiFi, TV, stereo, washing machine, chimney, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, possibility to BBQ, outdoor garden shower. Towels included. Pets are allowed. The house is situated at the end of a cull de sac, surrounded by fields to one side, parking is easy.
Different shops, a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and two bars (which serve food as well) are within an easy stroll of a few minutes, right in the street perpendicular to Calle Lau. There is a bus stop at the beginning of the street (the roundabout), from where there are buses to Plaza España (City Centre and beginning of the old town Palma, bus terminal, train station). Good connection with the airport (Take Line 1 to Plaza España and change to Line 12 to get to the house).
