✨ One of Palma’s true cultural gems: the Miró Mallorca Foundation. On this beautiful estate, you can visit Miró’s iconic studio Taller Sert. Next to the traditional finca where he spent much of his life, and the striking museum designed by renowned architect Rafael Moneo. This building is hosting some impressive big works of the Spanish master.
On this special evening, three new exhibitions opened their doors to an audience of international art lovers and Palma’s cultural elite. Drinks and tapas were served in the garden under the glow of a nearly full moon — a magical night blending art, architecture, and the Mediterranean spirit.

It’s that special time of year again—Mallorca’s almond trees are in full bloom! The soft pink and white blossoms transform the fields into a dreamy, fairy-tale landscape. ✨

Mallorca in January – Pure Bliss! ☀️
What a privilege to enjoy clear skies and mild 20°C temperatures on this stunning island! Today’s adventure took us to Playa de Formentor, where we had a sandy picnic, hiked to the breathtaking viewpoint, and ended with a delicious waterfront lunch in Port de Pollença. 🍴✨

Just had a perfect art-filled first date in Palma! We began by parking under the Cathedral—nothing beats emerging to the sight of its magnificent sandstone facade by the waterfront. Our first stop was La Llotja, where we admired Jaume Plensa’s monumental iron sculptures, “Invisible Laura” and “Invisible Rui Rui.” These impressive works are on display until February 15, 2025; don’t miss them!
Next, we visited Casal Solleric, a palace on Paseo del Borne near Zara, featuring a captivating modern installation of paella pans filled with Barbie dolls.
After a glass of cava at one of Palma’s nicest hidden squares at Bar Gibson, we strolled to the CaixaForum. This impressive Art Deco building houses a great bookshop, café, and several exhibition spaces. The major exhibition was ‘Portraits from the Prado,’ showcasing impressive curated portraits brought from the National Museum of Madrid to this art space in Palma. My favorite painter Joachim Sorolla was with more than 5 paintings a highlight.
Art lovers can truly indulge in Palma’s vibrant cultural scene!

Yipeee…in the snow again! Today the perfect “Bluebird” day in L**h. My private Ski teacher and son Brendan let me taste and enjoy some delicious powder runs! Happiness pure!
