It has certainly been a busy few months at Villa Verano Lanzarote Playa Blanca. Despite only being a few years old, the property decor was very much an acquired taste. 😬

Today will be the last day of work's internally. With a complete overhaul, new flooring, new decor throughout.

We have the best team on the job, ColourTeam Lanzarote! Using the most advanced materials, we have gone for an ultra modern finish using micro-cements and resins for seamless floors and walls.

Next week will be the exciting task of choosing new fixtures and furnishings. A meeting with the architect is also on the cards to discuss to new swimming pool design and outside living space.

A massive thanks once again to Steve Deards at Property Solutions and the whole team at Villas Now for their continued support and help pulling this project together. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We have some of the best trades and professionals in Playa Blanca. Within 2 days of ownership, we have a team transforming the place. 💪

Although the Villa was newly built just 5 years ago, the previous owners made it very unique to their own eclectic taste. We are giving it a fresh new feel. ♥️ We will be adding some beautiful artwork and furnishings.

A brand new swimming pool is planned, designs and ideas are being thrown around as we speak. 🏊‍♂️

This villa is going to be very special. Can't wait to share more pics as we make progress.

It is so nice when your guests appreciate us going that extra mile.

At Villa Ventura Lanzarote Playa Blanca we aren't just a Holiday Rental, we aim to be your travel companion. Helping with transfers, ideas where to visit, making restaurant suggestions and even organising a private chef for those special occasions.

Our current guests arrived late in the day, so we made sure they had some essential goodies in the fridge in case they were in need of a quick refreshment on arrival.

Our professional 7ft outdoor pool table gets a lot of use! So much so, we have just had it recovered by the wonderful Greg Laver-baker. Also had a fantastic new cover made to keep the beautiful blue baize nice and fresh for our guests.
