On Saturday we welcome our first guests since the pandemic started.

The villa is looking immaculate as ever, thanks to JAM Management.

We are so lucky to enjoy a fantastic location so close to the sea and with a good number of restaurants and bars so close.

We are delaying releasing these dates on our Owners Direct lisiting and to our villa manager for the next few weeks but expect them to sell quickly once they are released, so if you are interested then please act quickly.

These are the only dates available between 29th April 2019 and 27th October 2019.

Other dates are available in 2019 for winter and early season sun in Februray, April, November and December.

The review reads as follows ..............................

‘ Dear Mandy and Phil thank you for letting us stay in your fantastic villa we had a wonderful time!

The villa sits in a walled garden with lovely plants and magical lighting. There is an abundance of outside seating and a warm swimming pool. Best of all was the hot tub where we sat early in the morning and late at night. The villa itself is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. A kitchen with every possible utensil and a utility room with laundry facilities. There is a comfortable lounge with throws and cushions and entertainment. This included games, an Xbox, books and a large tv where my elderly mum even got to watch Emmerdale 😂😂. There is also a large dining room. It is a short walk to a grocery store, off license and numerous restaurants who also deliver excellent food. It is about an hour's walk along the boardwalk into the centre of Playa Blanca or 5€ for a taxi. We hired a wheelchair for my elderly mum for the day for 3€ from the mobility shop by the villa so we could enjoy the beautiful seafront. This shop also hire out bikes and quads etc. We loved everything about the villa including the doggy doorstops and the towels made into swans. Just can't get used to being home now, get me on a plane ✈️

Christmas in Lanzarote................

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in Playa Blanca is available for holiday rent 13th to 27 December 2017.

These are the only dates that we have left for 2017.

If you would like to spend Christmas in Lanzarote then please be in touch.

December weather is generally in the mid 20’s during the day, falling to 15 to 17 at night. Most days are very definitely beach or pool weather, and you will get a sun tan. We do occasionally get rain in December, but typically on only 4 or 5 days in the month.

The ocean still retains some heat from the summer, so temps will be around 21 or 22 degrees at the surface.

Many restaurants, bars and shops remain open all through Christmas. We can even provide advice on the best restaurants that are open on Christmas Day for Christmas dinner if you like.

Chritsmas is really busy on the island, with almost full occupancy of villas and hotels, so early booking is recommended.

Just received another fab review from guests that stayed at Casa Concorde in June....

‘ We stayed at Mandy and Phil's beautiful villa in June. The villa was fabulous with every conceivable amenity you could possibly want (even the fun doorstop dogs!) and was spotlessly clean with everything in really good condition. Although only a short walk from the bars, beaches and shops, the villa itself and surrounding areas are very peaceful and tranquil, at times you would think you were the only ones there! Perfect for a relaxing holiday. We hired a car which was great for going further afield, however with plenty of good quality restaurants and bars only a short walk away we didn't need to go too far afield. For active people like us there are plenty of good running routes ...... even up the local volcano Montana Roja (translates as the Red Mountain). All round a fantastic week. Thanks Mandy & Phil for letting us stay in your lovely villa.
