We are recruiting for a skilled general property maintenance technician to join our team on a full time contract, to perform upkeep tasks in both residential and commercial buildings such as routinely inspecting properties and report deficiencies to their supervisor, repair and maintain interior and exterior walls,
painting and varnishing, Roof painting, Interior and exterior plumbing repair and installations including boiler, pump and bathroom appliance installations, replacing broken door / window fixings, you should be able to work independently, have a eye for detail and have experience and solid technical knowledge

Requirements
*Experience and solid technical knowledge as a general property maintenance technician
*Experience with internal & exterior wall maintenance
*Experience with plumbing
*able to work on roofs
*Good listening and communication skills.
*Able to work independently or as part of a team
