In addition there are also local yoga classes on the beach and are at the start of the famous 'Playa La Arena to Teide' bicycle route. This large villa is spread over 2 levels. Ground Floor has an entrance hall leading to a small cloakroom and a large open plan area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with Fridge/Freezer, cooker, hob and breakfast bar. Dining area has a dining table, with a large lounge area with two sofas and large smart TV with access to Spanish TV and online content (Disney +, Prime, Netflix). The large doors in the lounge lead to the terrace area, providing spectacular sea views, an outside dining and seating area. This leads down to an enclosed private heated pool, patio, sun area and BBQ. There is a bedroom on this level with a king size (150 cm) memory foam bed and en suite that is rented as a 4th bedroom, with prior agreement. The bottom level leads to newly refurbished family bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and three further bedrooms.
