Cloudy day in Fuerteventura? It could be the perfect day to explore further afield.

SELF-CATERING SHOULD MEAN SELF-CATERING. 🍳
Having just stayed in a holiday home myself, I've been reminded of one of the frustrations of self-catering — opening the cupboards to find one knife, one rather questionable pan and nothing big enough to put a salad in!
It also reminded me why the kitchen at Litha House is equipped the way it is.
I know you can cook a full Christmas dinner at Litha House and still have pans to spare — because I have. 🎄
But let's face it, most of us aren't planning Christmas dinner every night of our holiday.
We love eating out too. But sometimes, after a lazy day in the sunshine, it's lovely to put together a charcuterie board or a few picky plates, open a bottle of w**e and have a relaxed, sociable meal in your PJs.
After all, you're on holiday.
So whether you're making breakfast before the beach, throwing together a salad, preparing dinner for six or cooking the full works, you'll find a kitchen at Litha House that you can actually use.
