The villa was built to take full advantage of its commanding position on the hillside with views of moraira and the beautiful sparkling Mediterranean. Villa Hermosa is set back off the quiet road of Benicarlo behind double locked gates where there is a parking area for two cars. Although the front door of the villa i

s quietly unassuming it hides a surprise when you walk through into the hall, as the villa unfolds into superbly planned house. Villa Hermosa’s living area and bedrooms are all air-conditioned and for the cooler months the villa has total under floor heating.
