«Pedra seca» ("Dry Stone") walls are very common around our vines landscape🏞. Made of calcareous stones among generations of growers👨🏼‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾, they were used to enclose and distinguish vines from different families. 🍷
Those stones were usually taken from the vines during low work seasons🌱. Retiring them was a proper way to improve vines jobs for the rest of the year. 🗓
Made with those stones it's also so common to find small refuges in igloo shape for safe-keeping of weather inclemences.⛈

Fortunately they're already conserved thanks to the dryness of the Mediterranian climate.🌞🥂

It’s been some days since we had the 1st 🏖 La Costa Brava Full Day Tour ⛵️ of the season. 🙋🏻‍♂️
