This is two-floor property, accommodating up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms with ocean and mountains views: 2 with queen bed and 1 with twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Free parking. Living room and equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 guests. Balcony with ocean view. Free access to the outdoor pool with ocean view. Two private patios belongs to villa. There are washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor:
1) a cozy living room with two sofas, two coffee tables, a fireplace and a TV, as well as an equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 guests;
2) a guest toilet;
3) washer and dryer.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
1) two bedrooms with double beds;
2) one bedroom with two single beds;
3) bathrooms with showers
4) each room has a wardrobe.

There are two private patio located in front of the house and behind the house with entrances and exits:
1) in one patio - a glass coffee table, two chairs and a ottoman;
2) in the other patio - a dining table for 6 guests, 2 sun loungers, a hammock and a coffee table.
