A great afternoon/evening was enjoyed by all with Mt Teide changing colour as the sun was setting in to the horizon.
When it got dark, we set up the telescopes, saw Venus, Jupiter, galaxies, nebulae star clusters and double stars through our telescopes, while our guides showed stars and constellations using laser pointers.

The guests were treated to a lovely sunset above a sea of clouds before Mt Teide changed colour in the afternoon glow.

A little bit of calima on the horizon made for a beautifully colourful sunset this afternoon to kick off the tour. Some of our guests saw the day out with a glass of cava while others explored the lava flows for some great photo opportunities to be had.

What an evening!!! Perfect from start to end...
We started off with a gorgeous sunset sipping some sparkling wine while Mt Teide changed colors. It was a bit crowded but it is the start of the peak season so it is expected. We still managed to enjoy the sunset to the fullest...
