2 Bedroom Apartment near Alicante, Santa Pola Spain This is a family-owned apartment, situated in the beautiful hill top location of Gran Alacant, just south of Alicante City (20 minutes drive from the airport).

There are superb views of Alicante Bay from the roof top patio (solarium). Furniture for the solarium is provided - BBQ, sun beds, sun brollies, chairs and tables and there is also a shower. The apartment is perfect for families (including those with young kids), couples or groups of friends - there is lots to do for people of all ages. This is the perfect location if you want to enjoy a relaxing

holiday in Spain without the crazy 'Benidorm' atmosphere! One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a large lounge/dining room (with air conditioning, a sofa bed, TV, XBOX 360, DVD player and stereo), a separate fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave), a large bathroom with shower, a balcony and a large roof terrace. The apartment also has a safe for your valuables and a washing machine. Use of 3 communal pools throughout the year (nearest pool is only a two minute walk away). Short walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops. Thursday is local market day. Sandy beaches are not far away. The town has a lively atmosphere but it quietens down in the later evening so you can enjoy a good night sleep! Car hire is available if desired but there is a very good bus service available. Santa Pola is the nearest town. It is only 5 minutes by car and a 10 minute local bus ride away. Here you will find a lively Spanish seaside town with many bars and restaurants serving traditional, locally caught fish dishes. It has a popular Saturday and Monday market and over 12kms of sandy beaches. Alicante is the nearest cosmopolitan city and is only a 30 minute bus journey away with buses leaving Santa Pola frequently. Here you will find many more shops, bars and restaurants and see the busy Spanish city-life. The maintenance division have been busy again this year! There wasn’t much going on up at the back of the solarium so we decided to buy a corner sofa where people could sit upstairs at night to relax on. There was still something missing so in the end we now have a patch of artificial grass up there too! Just a bit extra comfort to take in the amazing panoramic views of Elche and Alicante Bay.

What better way to beat the January Blues by booking a trip to the sun! Whether it’s a relaxing 2 week break or a bit of a livelier time for the party animals, Gran Alacant has something for everyone. The apartment has access to 3 pools, a stunning roof terrace with views across Alicante Bay, TV, Air Con and Xbox One for the kids. The Gran Alacant tourist train. Great way to see around GA if it's your first time. There is a train stop literally outside the gate on the opposite side of the road from the apartment!
