DAY 4 CAMINO DE GRAN CANARIA. And we are done! Descending out of the mountain mist and into the lush, verdant north of the island. Flower-lined trails through ravines and past local cheese-makers to end our pilgrimage at the church of Santiago. Celebratory wine and then to the sea to truly end this journey as it began with a swim in the ocean 😊🥳👣💚 thank you Gran Canaria!

Day 3 CAMINO DE GRAN CANARIA… today was a 2 buff kind of day. Rain, wind and misty mountains. Still absolutely beautiful. We had to wear ALL the few clothes we were carrying to keep warm 😂 thankfully there is fantastic Parador with a spa where we could get warm afterwards 😊. More room in our packs to pack lots of local cheeses straight from the farmers!
