On this day, Spanish children receive presents from the Three Kings, who deliver them during the night of January 5th—provided they’ve been well-behaved throughout the year 🎁
In Seville, this celebration reaches spectacular heights with the Cabalgata de Reyes, a vibrant procession that takes place on the afternoon of January 5th (this year, it will be held on Saturday, January 4th, due to potential rain). The parade winds through the city streets with elaborately decorated floats, music, and Melchior, Caspar, and Balthazar accompanied by their entourage, throwing sweets and small gifts to the crowd.
