Despite its peaceful location, Villapedro is only a 2 minute scenic drive by beautiful vineyards to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip. ACCOMMODATION
Villapedro's accommodation is conveniently spread out on one floor, over 110sq m. The villa is entered via the front gate into a large courtyard newly tiled and planted. This leads to the entrance of the house that takes you into the open plan living space, offering a fully equipped kitchen (Incl dish washer, washing machine etc) with breakfast bar and large dining area. It also leads on to the living room, which is bright and spacious and comfortably furnished with two sofas, a TV and another air conditioning unit. This room features a high wooden ceiling creating a good sense of space and light. To the left of the living area is the first of the two bathrooms, and along the corridor are all the bedrooms with the remaining bathroom. Both bathrooms are newly refurbished. Villapedro can sleep up to 8 people in 3 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with chest of drawers, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom with chest of drawers,wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Living Room – Double sofa bed for a further 2 people. BATHROOMS

GARDEN AND POOL AREA
Villapedro is positioned in the middle of 700sqm of terraces and gardens. To the right of the house is the centrepiece of the garden, the 8x4 metre swimming pool, with shower area, surrounded by plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing. To the left of the pool tucked under the palm trees is a shady pergola with comfortable lounge sitting. Between the pool and the house is the outdoor dining table with the BBQ located close by
There is private parking on the grounds of Villapedro and also unlimited and free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required. OTHER INFORMATION
Although local bus and taxi services are available we do recommend hiring a car in order to take full advantage of the local amenities and attractions. Villapedro is suitable for wheelchair users.
