Good day wonderful people. I hope you are all doing well. Slowly but surely I am renewing few things in the apartment. The community areas have gone through some well done upgrades too. Good day everybody and happy new year 2024. 🍾
I hope you all had a great time and enjoyed being with family and friends. Bookings at La Florida 314 are picking up. Check the calendar if you have some spare time. I also need to mention that during the months of April and May some renovations and maintenance works will be carried out in the complex, therefore if you decide to book for that time keep in mind that during the day might be a bit noisy....How much noisy????? I don't know.....🥲

Dear friends, I hope you are all healthy and in a good shape. 2023 has been a year of changes....(again) I have joined MSC Cruises and this was a challenging but worth decision. Thank you all for the great results I am achieving at La Florida 314. As you can see the calendar for 2024 is almost full, just few weeks here and there. A new fridge has been installed, the couch cover has been washed and a new balcony glass windows has been fitted. I am also thinking to remodel the kitchen, to install a new fridge and a oven.......probably towards the end of 2024........You all take care and I hope you are all doing well and healthy......cheers Robby
