The Serendipity apartment can accommodate max 2 guests is located on the first floor of a popular and quiet complex in Costa Teguise.

From June 2024 Air con in the living room which keeps the whole apartment fresh.

It offers a furnished terrace equipped with outside dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwaves and a fridge with a freezer. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower and a washing machine.

There is the internet connection and a flat tv with all the main European channels.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed . The apartment is spacious and full-service, very modern and yet tasteful.

For our guests there is also the necessary for cleaning.

Towels, linen and beach towels are provided.

There are two swimming pools in the complex, one of which is for children. Both with sun beds and umbrellas available for free.

Overall this apartment is a good option to combine visits to the island and enjoy the beaches of Costa Teguise. Nearby are restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.

Soap, shower gel and a toilet paper roll are provided for the first needs together with cleaning products.

HOUSE OF THE HORIZON – PLAYA LAS CUCHARAS first line of the beach.

The house is located in the wonderful Residencial Las Cucharas in the town of Costa Teguise. A unique, exclusive place that allows our guests to completely disconnect and relax.

From the balcony, the living room and the bedroom there are spectacular views of the sea and the pool. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 beds of 90 together) and the other with 1 bed of 90, 1 huge full bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.), satellite TV (international channels), high-speed wifi and private terrace with 2 sun loungers and a table for 4.

The house is great, with everything you need to enjoy a 5-star stay, no detail is missing. A true “Home away from Home”. In the common area there is a very well maintained swimming pool (open all year round) with a very large relaxation area. There is direct access to the pedestrian promenade that overlooks Playa de las Cucharas, which is 20 meters away.

Playa de Las Cucharas is the largest urban beach on Costa Teguise, perfect for everyone due to its pedal boat rental service and the reserved areas to start practicing various water activities such as surfing, windsurfing and scuba diving. It is 650 meters long and is surrounded by gardens and an avenue ideal for walks that has some bars and shops.

Perfect location, just outside the residential area there are bars, pubs, restaurants, taxi and bus stops, supermarkets and the wonderful beaches of Costa Teguise. It is not necessary to have a car but there is a large free public parking area just outside the entrance to the residential area.
Pets are not allowed. Exclusively for NO-smokers. Children only over 12 years old.

Air conditioning in the living room which cools the whole apartment.

Los Molinos 7210 is a fantastic self catering apartment located in Los Molinos Complex, 50 mt from Playa Bastian, in Costa Teguise.

The complex have a big, Manrique style pool and a direct access to the main road of Costa Teguise, full of supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

It can accommodate up 4 guests. It offers a furnished terrace with dining area and a well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, coffe machine, kettle, toaster and washing machien.The bathroom have a big shower. There is a free fast internet wifi connection and an IPTV with all the English and European channels. The 2 spacious bedrooms have two single size beds.

Overall this apartment is a good option to combine visits to the island and it also worth mentioning that the walks along the beaches or the cool nights of Costa Teguise. Nearby are restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.

Soap, shower gel and a roll of toilet paper will be provided for basic needs along with cleaning products.

The Atico La Deliziosa (penthouse) is located in the Residencial Las Coronas in Costa Teguise.

From the windows of the living room and the terrace there are spectacular views of the sea and the pool. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (queen size) and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen, another room with 2 90cm beds and another bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), satellite TV (international channels), high-speed wifi and large private terrace with sun loungers, table for 6 and chairs. In the common area there are 2 very well-maintained swimming pools. There is direct access to the pedestrian promenade that overlooks Playa Bastián (150 meters). The penthouse is wonderful, with everything you need, not a detail is missing. A true “Home away from Home”. Perfect location, leaving the Residencial there are bars, pubs, restaurants, taxi and bus stops, supermarkets and the beaches of Costa Teguise. It is not necessary to have the car.

The town of Costa Teguise is located in the center of Lanzarote and has some of the most beautiful beaches recognized by national and international tourism.
