The origin of the town of Torrevieja was salt and fish.
To this day, we still prepare fish with the same technique that the Phoenicians used more than 2500 years ago.

In an incomparable environment, unique in the area, such as The Pink Lagoon, we do a culinary demonstration with gourmet tasting.
