This beautiful and luxury top floor apartment with roof terrace is southeast oriented, so lots of sun!

Amalia-2.34 is situated in Villa Amalia Phase 2. This residential is adjacent to Villa Amalia Phase 1, but has its own amenities: two large swimming pools, a heated jet stream pool, a whirlpool bath and even a sauna! Of course Villa Amalia Phase 2 has wonderful gardens and grass areas too. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with floor heating.
