isn’t just a place.
It’s Louie’s footprint on the map —
a wild mix of stories, rhythms, and collected magic.

Louie’s picked up more than just stories on his travels.
He’s carried back color from India, texture from Morocco,
silence from Norway, clean lines from Denmark,
that salty, windblown edge from Liepāja,
and the rhythm of life from Zanzibar.

And it all lives here now —
in the tiles, the lamps, the shadows on the wall.
Nothing was bought to match —
it all just fits.

And somehow, it all ended up here —
in a sleepy Andalusian village
where the light is soft,
and the walls breathe with history.

All together nine apartments/rooms.
1300 m² of lived-in soul and stories in every object.

Louie didn’t build this place to impress.
He built it to feel right.
To share something real.

This space was once part of the house that hadn’t been lived in—rumor has it, it may have even sheltered animals long ago 🐐
Now? It’s a cozy, rustic retreat full of soul, warmth, and Andalusian charm.

🇪🇸Cuando nos mudamos, encontramos un pequeño montón de revistas de los años 60 y 70 escondidas en la casa — llenas de anuncios vintage y diseños geniales.
Nos encanta dar nueva vida a lo que ya tenemos, así que pronto estas páginas formarán parte de nuestra decoración de pared. Un pedacito del pasado que encuentra su lugar en el presente 🌞

🇬🇧When we moved in, we found a small stash of magazines from the 60s and 70s tucked away in the house — full of amazing vintage ads and funky designs.
We love giving new life to old things, so these pages will soon become part of our wall decor. A little piece of the past finding 🌞a new home in the present

Our castle is almost ready.
Casa de Doña Co**ha is finally full of life again. After months of dreaming, painting, fixing, and laughing, the doors are open… but for now just for our friends and family. 🌞

From the end of June, this beautiful apartment will be ready to welcome travelers, nature lovers, and seekers of peace.
We can’t wait to share the soul of this place with the world. 🤩🫶

Esta casa histórica en el corazón de Ugíjar vuelve a la vida—paso a paso, con amor, risas y un toque de magia de montaña.

Nos estamos preparando con mucha ilusión para recibir a nuestros primeros huéspedes en julio.
Agradecidos por el progreso, el sol y este pueblo tan especial, rodeado de naturaleza y tradición.
