The apartment has been completely upgraded by the new owners. The two bedrooms have double beds and enough wardrobe space. The good size bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your favorite meals.

There is air conditioning/heating in every room. But the house has a pleasant temperature of its own due to its sheltered location. Not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer.

The beach is a 10/15 min walk. The urbanization has an amazing communal pool (included in your stay) and a gym (for a small extra fee).

There is central air conditioning/heating system which always keeps the house at a very pleasant temperature.

A large supermarket is around the corner from the complex and the beach, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
