Hoy cumplimos 18 años.

Dicen que a los 18 llega la mayoría de edad… y quizá también la conciencia de todo lo vivido.

Abrir un negocio y mantenerlo durante casi dos décadas ha sido una aventura llena de retos, viajes, vinos, personas increíbles y muchas historias compartidas.

Seguimos aquí, con la misma curiosidad del primer día, pero con más experiencia, más conocimiento y muchas ganas de seguir creando experiencias únicas.

Gracias a todas las personas que habéis formado parte del camino.

Today we turn 18.

They say turning 18 means coming of age… and maybe also realising how much has been lived along the way.

Opening a business and keeping it alive for nearly two decades has been quite an adventure — full of journeys, wines, inspiring people and many shared stories.

We keep moving forward with the same curiosity as day one, but with deeper experience and knowledge.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.

Heute werden wir 18 Jahre alt.

Mit 18 wird man offiziell erwachsen — und vielleicht merkt man erst dann, wie viel Weg schon hinter einem liegt.

Ein Unternehmen zu gründen und es fast zwei Jahrzehnte lang weiterzuführen, ist ein echtes Abenteuer: voller Reisen, Wein, inspirierender Menschen und gemeinsamer Geschichten.

Wir gehen weiter — mit der gleichen Neugier wie am ersten Tag, aber mit viel mehr Erfahrung und Wissen.

It was a real pleasure to share a small part of the taste of Valencia — its wines, gastronomy and Mediterranean lifestyle — while they were preparing their reportage about the city.
