Excellent newly renovated apartment in a nineteenth century farm, located in the heart of the City of Valencia.
The apartment is located between the famous Ayuntamiento Square (City Hall) and la Reina Square (Cathedral) , the historic center and along the San Vicente Street in tourist stretch, and the beautiful Paz Street where you will find lots of restaurants Valencian cafes, craft shops, antique markets, historical buildings, old cathedrals, terraces, gardens, and all kinds of shops.

Alongside great historical monuments of the city, in the rehabilitation of housing we found a bit of ancient Arab walls that surrounded VALENCIA in the eleventh century. RESPECTING the old character of the findings, we decided to integrate it in the house and the result was spectacular: AN APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF THE CITY, MODERN, fine materials, natural wood floors, respecting the old BEAMS XIX century building, with archaeological remains of the eleventh century.
