3 minutes from the beach and Port ! Our modern, bright, newly renovated apartment on the 3rd floor is now available for renting. Located just behind 5* Las Arenas Hotel, our apartment is about 3 minutes from Las Arenas beach . Here also starts the 5 km long beautiful and vivid boulevard of Valencia. The recently renovated trendy Port Juan Carlos I one of the popul

ar hot spots of Valencia is around the corner. Las Animas, a discotheque with unique summer terraces is at 5 min’s from our apartment. Supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs and pharmacies, all within the area..
-350 m to the closest Valenbisi bikes' station.
-The tram is 400m away, and it connects with the subway. There are several bus stops around, You can get to the center in 20 minutes. Our 90 sqmt flat is well ventilated -has 2 bedrooms ( former 3) with each 1x 2 single beds with adequate storage and windows in each room. From the balcony you can see the harbour on your right and the sea in front of you. The flat is well furnished with : TV, High speed Internet. Washing machine, Microwave, Coffee maker, Ironing, Fridge, Hairdryer. All in all a kitchen well equipped with a modern cooking range - crockery and cutlery ,clean bedlinen ,and bathtowels for the comfort of our clients. It is a tourist's delight as it is extremely well connected by metro, bus ,tram and even close to the Hop On Hop off Bus stops for city sightseeing and close to the Valencia city bikes renting point. Want to go to the city of Sciences a 1.5 billion dollar development and Sea Aquarium, we are near metro and bus connections to go there.

Vanwege het mooie weer ( plm 22 graden en zon) in Valencia hebben we onze winterstop uitgesteld. Vanaf 15 november hebben we nog plek tot eind november. Dus als je nog wat vitamines en lichttherapie nodig hebt laat het ons weten.
