TEACHING GOLF PRO's - FAM TRIP - NOV' 26
We are now in a position to invite you to our next familiarisation event, where we invite you to join us in Spain and show you what we can offer, in collaboration with our good friends at the Valle del Este Golf Resort.
The event will take place between Wednesday 18th & Friday 20th November 2026 & it's ALL on US !
The trip will be very relaxed in nature, albeit a busy schedule, with the idea that you will get to see the Resort and it's facilities first hand, and get to meet myself and the team at Valle del Este.
We'll not only introduce you to (1) The Hotel and Golf / Training Facilities, (2) the staff that will be on hand to assist you and take the pressure away from you, so you can concentrate on the golf, but (3) we'll also introduce you to some of the local Restaurateurs & Bar owners and give you an insight into what the Resort can offer to your groups.
This will, we hope, give you the confidence to join us in the years ahead.
Below is a copy of the itinerary for your stay with us.
Weds 18 November 2026
- We'll arrange for your Early Morning Flights from the UK, and will be waiting for you when you land in Spain
- Once we have all the group together, we'll head off in our private Transfer to the Hotel
- The Reception Staff will be ready & waiting for us on our arrival, to ensure a Speedy Check in
- Your stay is in Individual Rooms with Pool Views
- Once we've checked in there's no time to waste and we'll grab some lunch on the Pool Terrace overlooking the 18th Green
- We'll then be able to grab 30 mins on the Private (Pro Group Only) Driving Range & Short Game area, so you can see the Training facilities First hand
- Then you can have a relaxed 9 holes (with Buggies)
- Once you're all refreshed after the 9 holes, then we'll have our Evening meal with drinks in the Hotel restaurant
Thurs 19 November 2026
- We'll Meet Up for Breakfast in the Hotel Breakfast area around 8am
- After breakfast then it's a Transfer to another local course (Desert Springs), which we can offer as part of any package you take with us
- We'll have an Opportunity to warm up on their Practice Area
- Then we'll grab a quick sandwich and a drink
- Before 18 Holes (with Buggies)
- Once finished we'll have a Transfer back to Valle del Este
- Then once refreshed, we'll enjoy one of our Top Tracer Gourmet BBQ's with drinks (and perhaps a relaxed informal competition or two !)
- Then....If you've still got the energy, we can walk just 2 or 3 mins, to the local Sports / Cocktail Bar and enjoy a quick nightcap - allowing you the opportunity to see what the resort can offer.
Friday 20 November 2026
- We'll Meet Up for Breakfast in the Hotel at around 8am
- We'll have chance to Warm up on the Top Tracer Driving Range
- Then 18 Holes with Buggies at Valle del Este
- We 'll have Half way house refreshments waiting for you - Cold Beer / Soft drink with light refreshments
- Once finished, we'll then enjoy our final lunch in the local Tapas Bar (Just 2 to 3 Mins from the 1st Tee and 18th Green) - (Another option for any Gala / presentations dinners etc)
- Chance to freshen up and check out
- Transfer back to the Airport for your Evening flight home.
