I no longer rent our property, but do get previous guests asking about other rentals. I have had these details come through to me regarding rentals so please make sure you legally rent , I believe this applies to to those in the Valencia area.

Just an update for those who still holiday in Villamartin , Morgan’s has changed hands it’s now RJ’s. Haven’t been yet as they had just taken over the venue.

Well its the end of an era, myself & Pat are no longer renting our villas out, no 3 has been sold & No 11 still ours . We just want to thank everyone for supporting us over the years & taking care of our home, we have been blessed with some truly wonderful guests, some who liked it that much they rebooked. It proved so popular , we struggled to get in them ourselves. So here's to you all, we wish you all the best & many happy holidays elsewhere making more precious memories with your loved ones. If you are in the area & see us, pop & say hello. Not sure what to do about this page, as I don't want scammers rebooting it pretending to be us, so I may just post on what's new in the area, now & then so those revisiting have an insight to the surroundings & where to visit

If you are over & enjoy live music get yourself down to the landsdown bar playa flamenca centre to see Indigo. They are brilliant .
