Catfish tours has been running for 20 years based in mequinenza on the confluence of the rivers Ebro and segre with catfish being caught too well over 245lb and carp near 74lbs we offer a few packages and can taylor your holiday too suit uou requirements Whichever holiday package you choose, you are sure to have a fantastic holiday while catching some of the Ebro's huge Catfish and Carp. Tours are based in Mequinenza, North East Spain at the base of the Pyrenees. The River Ebro is 565 miles long and is 1.980m above sea level at its source in Pico Tres Mares Cantabria. The Ebro finishes in the Mediterranean at Tarragona. Mequinenza is the ideal base for a Carp or Catfish holiday, providing access to the River Ebro, Segre and the River Cinca - this enables us to fish for the massive Catfish that occupy the awesome river system. If you want a break from the Carp and Catfish action, there are great places to visit such as the castle, the mining museum and the great wildlife - birds of prey are regularly seen flying over the Ebro.

We at catfish tours would like to wish all our guests a very happy xmas and newyear!
Its you guys and girls that make each season a special one!!
2025 season has been filled with highlights and pb fish yet again!
Far to many to list.
Some might say its been coming but we've passed the 200 x200lb catfish
Aswell as seeing Edd Brett take his guiding record to over 150 x 200lb plus catfish!
Coupled with the amount of big carp we've had a sublime season!
Looking forward to seeing you all in the newyear!

RIP mr bill palmer you probably pinching roach heads off in the great river with your boy was a pleasure fishing with you for many years in spain with the boys we all going miss you mr p save me a spot up there from gaz and edd and all the team at catfish tours

Sorry for the lack of posts recently!!
So he's a few photo's from our groups during end of June and July (Edd Brett guiding last 4 weeks )
All groups catching cats a 100lb plus upto 207lb and carp over 50lb (including many 40lb+ fish)

Past few weeks have been difficult with river being at it’s lowest level for a long time but we work around the situation as we been guiding on this river system for over 20 plus years we have loads of spots that we use too overcome situation like these that’s why our guests come back year after year thank you too everyone who has fished with us and we hope that continue too keep making your dreams come true

Photos from a recent fishing trip to Spain with Graham Holley . Expertly guided by Edd Brett, landed 15 Carp with fish every day of our week. 12 fish over 20lb with a best just over 30lb.
Graham H caught 16 to just over 43lb including a lovely fully scaled mirror Carp . A big thank you to Graham & Edd for all their help.
