ited Company established to pack , clear , and warehouse various import-export goods , cargos across land seaport and airport. The rationale behind its establishment lies on the ever –increasing national demand to facilitate packing moving ,clearing , transportation , warehousing and other related trading activities. The huge demand and emerging national economy has brought about the opportunity to open up the Customs Clearing,packing,moving sector in order to provide efficient and effective services. TALY TRANSIT PLC has shown a remarkable growth and has become successful trading company. The values of TALY TRANSIT PLC are access, equity, quality, promptness and dedication to excellence, merits and satisfaction of customers. These values help TALY TRANSIT company again momentum and develop capacities to generate regional markets and be competing in dry – ports , seaports and airports with the intension to optimize transit and transport business.

TALY TRANSIT PLC emanates from the core objective of providing quality Customs clearing, cargo delivery, and fleet services to firms , corporations , industries, development agents, proprietors ,partners , share holders (companies ) import –export traders , charity and business organizations with emerging capacity of delivering frights on land, seaport and airport Developing its capability .
3. Establishment and Registration
The company is established in Ethiopia. TALY TRANSIT PLC was established under the License No 14/665/80524/12 issued by the Ministry of Trade. Besides this legal status, the company was registered under the commercial registration and business license proc. No 686/2010. &has owned its registration certificates, TIN 0031262868 and VAT 5416020010 , issued by the EFDR revenues and customs Authority . Besides Addis Ababa city Administration Trade and industrial Development office provided us trade work license under the serial number 662345 Therefore, the company has legal status to undertake its services throughout the federal and regional states of Ethiopia.

Two prominent men are the founders of TALY TRANSIT PLC .They have dedicated their knowledge , energy, time and finance for the establishment of TALY TRANSIT PLC Customs clearing company .They together form the board of directors. Under the board of directors, there is one general manager equipped with executive secretary and legal advisor.
9. The Management Staff
The management staffs of the company are well educated . They are highly experienced and professional in packing, clearing, (transit and transport) services, and are totally dedicated to the customer principle of JIT (just in Time), efficiency and effectiveness. They accomplish their duties and responsibilities through hard work, team work and team spirit. They are all real professionals, enthusiastic and sensitive to customer requirements.
