Our hearts go out to all those people in Ethiopia depending on tourism. Unfortunately there is no social security system in place in Ethiopia. Together with several stakeholders we started supporting people and communities, but our means are limited to give support to the less fortunate.

Although we realize COVID-19 might have a devastating impact on your life as well, we would be very grateful when you are able to assist us to mitigate the challenges the people are facing who are suddenly jobless. Think of drivers, guides, cooks, scouts, porters and mule handlers. By supporting them you are supporting the communities around them and hopefully they don’t have to wait too long before the tourists return.
