The owner and managers of the company are well- experienced in running their own Madawalabu Hotel and Tourism Catering Collage. Staffs are quite professional and they do have in and out of knowledge about the industry. Staffs are endowed with important up- to–date information since they are always on the job training. The company raises 3.5m ETB indicial capital and does have strong financial back up from its Mother Company and local financial institutions. FORMATION MOTIVATION
