It was on Ethiopian Christmas Eve that I had taken the Ethiopian Journalist Wegayehu Muluneh on a Tour of Our World Heritage Sites at St. Lalibela's Rock Hewn Churches.

Photos taken back in 1968G.C. at Lalibela & at Debre Damo Monastery and these pictures are arial photography taken by the famous Swiss Photographer "Georg Gerster". He also compiled a book on Ethiopia known as "Churches in Rock".
