The northern lights are here! 💚

Earlier this week the guides went out for canoeing after work. That night the sky was filled with green and pink for the first time after summer. For some new guides it was their first time seeing the northern lights. But no matter how many times you have seen the aurora, it will always be a magical experience✨

Eliel has moved 200km away to the Kittilä freeride Academy for high school but on the weekends, he is back preparing his potential dogs for the World Champs...(but Bronze is saying...'Isn't this a little bit early to finish summer vacation?!')

Meet Castor and Pollux⭐

Castor (photo 1) and Pollux (photo 2) are the sons of Loon. They are born in April 2025 which means this year they are old enough to run in front of the sleigh! Soon they will start training together with an older dog that will teach them how to be a sled dog. We know they are excited to start!

Did you know our dogs have to be at least 1 year old to start running? They are not running as much as most of our dogs who are in their 'prime time'. The first season is all about learning and having fun!

For those who might be interested, there will be a sleddog conference in S. Norway in a couple of weekends (the Hundekjorerseminaret) and then the big Kiruna Sleddog Symposium in October.

☀️SUMMER MUSHING☀️

The dogs are enjoying their summer vacation at the moment, but every now and then they get to go on a short run (2km) with the troll carts. The boys had lots of fun going on a little run!🐕
