🌍 Travel season is open! Norway, Iceland, Lapland, Baltics here we come! 🚌

Every year, before the road calls us in every direction, Timetravels family comes together from every office, every country to reconnect, recharge, and get ready for what's ahead.

This year was no exception. We kicked things off with presentations sharing where we've been and where we're headed, sweated it out together in the sauna (The Finnish way, of course), let loose with some games, and of course, ate a lot of good food.

There's something special about gathering the whole team under one roof once a year. Different countries, different cultures and backgrounds, different teams, but one shared mission: making travel unforgettable for everyone we serve. Fueled up, connected, and ready to start the season. 🚀

This is the whole point.

Whether you come solo, with friends, or with family, group trips have a funny way of bringing the right people together.

You arrive as strangers, share buses, hikes, saunas, sunsets, and way too many inside jokes... and somehow leave with friends you didn't have before. Sometimes even the love of your life.

You probably know Saariselkä in white - covered in snow. Here's what it looks like in summer. ☀️🌿

Most people know it as one of Lapland's favorite winter destinations, but when the snow is melted, it hits different. Lakes, wild berries, mushrooms, reindeer right at your doorstep, and the midnight sun stretching the days into the night.

Not all Arctic days are white. Some are pink.

Cotton candy pink skies aren't a filter, they're nature doing its thing. During sunrise and sunset, when the sun sits low on the horizon, its light travels through more of the atmosphere. Shorter blue wavelengths scatter away, leaving soft pink, orange, and purple hues to paint the Arctic sky.

Add the crisp, clean air and snowy landscapes of Lapland reflecting those colours, and you get the cotton candy landscape everyone falls in love with.

If you're traveling to Lapland in winter, here's a girly reminder: pack at least one pink accessory. Pink skies + pink accessories = the cutest Arctic photos. And if the sunset doesn't turn pink... you might just get lucky and catch pink hues in the Northern Lights instead.
