All our guides are locals, with us you can experience Northern lights tours, Ice Fishing, Snowmobile tours, Husky Safaris etc. Ivalo Safaris is a local family business, with an office located in Ivalo River Camping. Markku Kiviniemi is a professional Fisherman in Lake Inari in summer-time, and during winter he takes customers to Lake Inari. In our Safaris you will find totally different feeling than in huge safari companies and in large groups. Very nice youg couple Sini and Ossi owns the safaricompany, it's also family business. On husky safaris you will not find noisy snowmobiles. You can enjoy the silence, the guides mush their own dogsleds too.

Weather has been so warm lately :( This week we have cancelled all snowmobile tours and we will not make any snowmobile tour this season.
Snowmobile tracks are very bad in River / Lake, and it is not safe / comfortable for beginners.
We do still Ice Fishing and Northern lights tours by sleighride, but we stay close to our island 😊
