Aarhus’s food scene is getting more interesting as the city itself changes.

Across Sydhavnen, Aarhus Ø and the Latin Quarter, a new wave of openings is bringing coffee, fire, w**e, pintxos and all-day dining into very different corners of the city. Helsinki does summer in a way few outsiders really know.
