If you are going to visit Rovaniemi in October/November, here are a few useful facts for you:
❄️Weather conditions are very unpredictable. On some days, we may experience snowfall that will quickly melt away, and the permanent snow will arrive usually closer to the end of November.
❄️Lapland Safaris operates no-snow activities such as reindeer & husky farm visits, hiking tours and Northern lights excursions.
❄️Take into account the changing weather conditions and bring with warm and waterproof clothes for your Lapland trip
❄️ Lapland Safaris will start winter activities on December 1st!

Perinteiset Sadonkorjuumarkkinat ovat taas täällä ja niin ovat myös Lapland Safariksen venekuljetukset ⚓
Hyppää jokiveneen kyytiin Pohjanhovin rannasta (Lapland Safariksen laituri) ja pääse nauttimaan tunnelmasta jo heti alussa, kun jokiveneemme vie sinut kohti Pöykkölän kotiseutumuseon rantaa ja markkinoita.

Ensimmäinen kyyti kohti markkinoita lähtee klo 10 ja viimeinen paluukyyti kohti kaupunkia lähtee klo 15:45. Kuljetuksia on koko päivän ajan tasaisin välein, molempina markkinapäivinä 12. ja 13. syyskuuta.

The traditional Harvest Market is here and so are our riverboat transfers ⚓
Hop aboard the riverboat from our pier on Pohjanhovi beach (Koskikatu 1) and we'll take you to the shore of the local heritage museum and the market.

The first ride of the day departs at 10:00 and the last transfer back towards the city leaves at 15:45. The transfers between the city and the harvest market run through the whole day on shuttle basis, on both market days 12th and 13th of September.

Price: 5€ / one way

Try the heat of the best sauna in Rovaniemi and the chill waters of the Kemijoki river! WNTR Sauna is an atmospheric location for both locals and travelers. The heart of WNTR Sauna is a spacious wood-burning sauna, known for the best traditional Finnish sauna experience in town! The sauna seats 24 people at a time. There is also a ''living room'' area to relax in and a winter swimming hole will be opened for the sauna visitors with an outdoor fire in the vicinity. Separate dressing and showering facilities are available for men and women.
