🇳🇴💚 Lofoten is one of the most spectacular places in the world to see the aurora, but it's also one of the trickiest. The landscapes are incredible, but the weather is always unpredictable. Knowing when to visit, where to go, and how to work around the clouds can make a huge difference.

🇳🇴🏔️Husfjellet doesn’t give away its views for free.
The climb is steep, the trail can be rough, and the final section is definitely not for anyone uncomfortable with heights.
But if you make it to the top and don’t have vertigo, you’ll be rewarded with one of the most spectacular views in Senja: turquoise and deep blue water, and dramatic Arctic peaks stretching in every direction.
Worth every sweaty step and rock scramble 🐧✨

🇳🇴☀️ Although we’re morning people and we love winter, we couldn’t resist the midnight sun’s charms (even after hiking Husfjellet during the day)! Midnight hiking is a must if you visit the Arctic between May and July.

🇳🇴🏖️Arctic Norway beach edition.
Icy water instead of bathtub temperatures, but Caribbean colors somehow still included.Snowy mountains instead of palm trees. Birch trees instead of coconuts. Brunost instead of piña coladas. Reindeer instead of flamingos. We love it.
