Nobody told the baby reindeer he wasn’t a dog.

He just followed her up the stairs. Like it was obvious. Like that’s what you do when someone walks by.

This is our reindeer park — 40 minutes from Helsinki city centre. No Lapland flight. No December crowds.

Just a forest, 12 reindeer, and moments like this one that you genuinely didn’t expect to feel something about.

We run private tours here — your group only, no strangers, no shared schedule. You feed them lichen by hand. The adults come to you from across the rocks. The calves follow you up stairs

There’s a reindeer fawm in a forest 30 minutes from Helsinki. He’s 7 days old.

His older brother Cinnamon was born May 4th — we named him for the colour of his coat. Now there are 12 reindeer in our park, and the youngest one is still figuring out how his legs work.

Most people think seeing reindeer means flying to Lapland in December. It doesn’t.

Nuuksio National Park, 35 km from Helsinki. Summer. Pine forest. A newborn calf. Lichen in your hand.
