More new tours! We have just added a new backcountry skiing week in Hossa National Park for the upcoming winter.

We'll ski off the trails, staying in cosy cabins – including one night in a traditional wilderness cabin without electricity. The luggage is transferred by car between the accommodations, so you only need to carry a daypack while skiing.

For winter 2026–27, we are offering just one guaranteed departure at a special pilot tour price. Only 8 places are available!

Great news for hiking enthusiasts! For the summer 2027 season, we are introducing a new hiking tour “The Spirit of Finland” with guaranteed departures. Easy to moderate hikes take you from the sandy shores of Lake Oulujärvi to the peaceful forests and lakes of Hossa National Park and Kylmäluoma Hiking Area. During the week, you’ll stay in two different locations – a hotel in Kajaani town centre and a cosy log cabin in the peaceful surroundings of the Kylmäluoma Hiking Area.

The tour will run regardless of group size, so there is no need to wait for a minimum number of participants. This also makes it a great choice for solo travellers. Explore the tour and book your place soon!

At the beginning of the winter, it already looked like this season would be the most international ever and that’s exactly how it turned out. In total, guests from 32 different nationalities joined our trips, including visitors from several countries that were completely new to us. Can you spot your flag?

Easter Monday marks the end of the season for us. This morning, the last winter group departed from Jatkonsalmi cabin, closing
the long and memorable season.
