Hi everyone! 😇
Behind the camera and scenes this business is run by one woman, Janita (me). Often I don’t get to be in the photos or I don’t always have time to guide our tours as there might be an issue I’m dealing in the background.
I’m also the person who takes care of reindeer all year around. 🥹❤️
For me our animals wellbeing is top priority, then comes my team and in the end is our guest. 🧐
That might sound harsh but if my animals aren’t kept good then it shows everywhere else as well leading to unhappy guest. It’s important to know when to say no. When is too much people, bad weather, dangerous conditions or when my animals or team cannot continue.
If my team isn’t happy it shows in customer service. This is something I have understood years ago and is my main priority!😇🙏🏼
But everything starts from the animals, happy animals are easy to handle, less accidents and more happy guest. It’s easy to run a tour with healthy animals, and happy team. 😇🙏🏼❤️
Then is easy to make once in a lifetime memories when the basics are done well! ❤️
