Now for the next couple weeks I am living in a night time! Except it isn’t dark at all! These photos are taken 02am 😇 due to this I only check my work via email (not phone calls) as day time we are sleeping. 😴

April and the season is over for us and many wonder what is it that we do now? 😄
Many times we still have good amounts of snow in April to continue sledding with reindeer or huskies but most of the time we don’t have enough people to participate for the tours. And what a blessing it is! 😌

This is the time I get to train new sledding reindeer or just enjoy the snow and winter for myself and my family! 🥹❤️ when we get bad weather I usually stay indoors doing paperwork or planning next season calendar.

Building calendar has been my job for many seasons and this is something you only learn by doing. 😅
A tiny mistake can make huge damages financially or if the time schedules collapses it means my team don’t have proper time for lunch break or worst, my guest won’t be happy😕
So now I am deciding when do I wake up next December and when to take a toilet break example 😂

Most importantly we need to make now firewood for the next winter 😄🔥

During the May I am still taking care of reindeer daily and this is the time when females give a birth. Now when the snow is melting we will release reindeer to the wilderness 😌 that is when my real holidays starts! 😮‍💨❤️

Next season 2025-2026 sales open in June! Exactly 12.06.2025 🔥🤩
There is gonna be few changes:

Husky sledding will be 4km track the next year, instead of 3km what we had this year.😇🙏🏼(Changes for the length varies each year with demand and weather conditions. New track is good to go even in challenging conditions. This way less cancellations or issues😇).

Season starts earliest officially 25.11.2025.

This due to last season being so warm we will not open sales earlier (Beginning of November)if we don’t have good amount of snow.

Hi everyone! 😇
Behind the camera and scenes this business is run by one woman, Janita (me). Often I don’t get to be in the photos or I don’t always have time to guide our tours as there might be an issue I’m dealing in the background.

I’m also the person who takes care of reindeer all year around. 🥹❤️

For me our animals wellbeing is top priority, then comes my team and in the end is our guest. 🧐
That might sound harsh but if my animals aren’t kept good then it shows everywhere else as well leading to unhappy guest. It’s important to know when to say no. When is too much people, bad weather, dangerous conditions or when my animals or team cannot continue.
If my team isn’t happy it shows in customer service. This is something I have understood years ago and is my main priority!😇🙏🏼
But everything starts from the animals, happy animals are easy to handle, less accidents and more happy guest. It’s easy to run a tour with healthy animals, and happy team. 😇🙏🏼❤️
Then is easy to make once in a lifetime memories when the basics are done well! ❤️

Now we will be off the work till June when sales open for next season!

Our WhatsApp and phone number will be offline till next season starts. From June onwards we will help via email till we are fully operating again in November.

But now, it’s time for holidays! Let’s talk again in June! 🥰🔥

Today was the last reindeer sledding tour! Now working reindeer are ready for the summer holidays! 🥰🔥
Tomorrow we have a last tour as well with huskies and it is time for a well deserved break! 😇
