Inspired by the Year of the Horse, we’re dreaming of our favourite horseback adventures. Here are our lucky eight personal favourites:🐎

• Across the vast steppe of Mongolia
• Riding around ancient volcanoes in Ecuador

• The wildlife-rich wetlands of Brazil’s Pantanal

And because every great ride deserves great food along the way… think gaucho cook-outs under open skies, home-cooked meals in Mongolian yurts, cooking classes on the beach and elevated bush food in the wild.✨
