🍴 Taste of Finnish Nature -satokauden makuelämys
📍 Varala, Tampere
14. syyskuuta Taste of Finnish Nature tarjoillaan osana Varalan saunaelämysiltaa. Kattaukset ovat klo 19-20, sekä 20-21.
Palkitun yksityiskokin suunnittelema menu nostaa esiin suomalaisen satokauden parhaat maut. Lähituottajien puhtaat raaka-aineet, metsän sienet ja marjat, juurekset, täysjyväviljat sekä muut sesongin herkut muodostavat kokonaisuuden, jossa suomalainen ruokaperinne kohtaa modernin keittiön.
Ruokakokonaisuutta täydentävät huolella valitut paikallisesti tuotetut alkoholittomat juomat. Tämä on meille tietoinen valinta, sillä haluamme, että saunan, ruoan ja yhdessäolon muodostama kokonaisuus on illan keskiössä. Tiedämme kuitenkin, että monelle saunaan kuuluu myös esimerkiksi alkoholillinen olut tai lonkero. Illassa ei ole anniskelua, m***a halutessaan osallistujat voivat tuoda omat juomansa mukaan.
