Our industry first RFQ supplier sourcing system is designed to attract best outcomes and added bonuses for all our couples. For a resort, it can mean a free upgrade, early/late check-out options or a stay 7 pay 5 or 6 night deal. For a photographer, it can mean a free trash the dress, more edits or more hours. Our couples walk out with stacks of bonuses by using our RFQ. We combine all our RFQ’s and use as leverage to get more from suppliers by simply having the power of a group booking just like group buying sites. As an accredited supplier, we offer our couples below service delivery as standard:
48ME – all emails must be acknowledged and replied within 48 hours to couples. If a firm answer is unknown, an expected timeframe must be provided to couples on that email with firm details. FACE2FACE – We offer all our couples an offer for a once month 10min Skype or Viber chat to go through finer details of what we worked on as per their RFQ and how things are progressing. TALK2ME – an escalation point for couples that guarantees a response within 3 hours from us or if supplier related from them as soon as it is received.
