We wish to acknowledge our Cpt Leps aka Lepani Sulua who was recognised recently by one of our guests who was with him during what was a medical emergency. This occurred on the boat and obviously involved one of the travelling guests that day.

The feedback received by way of TripAdvisor clearly illustrates the manner in which Cpt Leps took control of the situation and cared for his guest, ensuring that immediate action was taken to organise transport and of course provide care whilst waiting for the transport, which took the guest back to their accommodation as per their request.

Cpt Leps was quick to say that his First Aid training kicked in and he found the skills he had learnt from his Red Cross training to help him handle this situation professionally.

On behalf of the whole team we salute you Cpt Leps!!

A heartfelt vina valevu to the Nadroga-Navosa community for their warm and generous hospitality in inviting our team to a wonderful welcoming dinner at Mataura on Saturday night.

This thoughtful gesture not only made them feel truly appreciated, but also strengthened the bonds of friendship and being so far from Fiji, it made them feel right at home, a reminder that no matter where we are, the ties that bind us are always strong.

The Sigatoka River Safari - "Simply Unforgettable" sponsored LOTE TUQIRI RISING STAR MEDAL winner for 2025 was Aporosa Lalabalavu.

The future of Fijian rugby is bright when you have young men like Aporosa already in the Fijian Drua system. Winning the Youth Division with Southland Broncos and of course earning himself the Lote Tuqiri Medal all at the ripe old age of 16 yrs young.
