Boy Vuvale is looking for a dedicated and reliable Vuvale Controller / Telephone Operator to become the voice and coordination hub of our growing transport family.

Key Responsibilities
โœ… Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
โœ… Manage and coordinate daily bookings and transportation schedules.
โœ… Dispatch drivers efficiently and monitor vehicle movements.
โœ… Communicate with customers regarding bookings, pickups, delays, and general inquiries.
โœ… Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer details, and daily operations.
โœ… Assist with handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
โœ… Monitor driver attendance and report operational concerns.
โœ… Prepare daily reports and maintain administrative records.
โœ… Respond to emails, messages, and online booking requests.
โœ… Ensure smooth communication between management, drivers, and customers.


โœ” Excellent communication and customer service skills.
โœ” Strong computer literacy and telephone etiquette.
โœ” Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
โœ” Good organizational and time management skills.
โœ” Honest, reliable, and professional attitude.
