La Grange Aux Moines stone villa is a historic house that was once part of a monastery, then was owned by the famous Evian water family, The Cachet family.
It is a luxury 300sqm Holiday Home in Evian overlooking Lake Geneva with just a 3 minute drive into town, and with many hotels and restaurants within comfortable walking distance.
Heated private swimming pool ( open June, July, August, September)
Large terrace overlooking lake Geneva from dining room.
Large dining table enough for 8/10 people. One inside and one outside.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a en-suite, 3 more bedrooms on the first floor with the option to use another bedroom on the 2nd floor (small extra charge just to cover bed linen/cleaning).
There is a large garden facing the lake.

There is a 'Petit Casino' supermarket, bakers, surgery, pharmacy, pizza, tobacconist, salon, etc. within 10 minutes walking distance in Neuvecelle.
The funicular railway into main town about 10 minutes walk away, service is free and runs all day up until about 7pm. It leaves from close to the amazing Royal Park Evian Hotel.
There are a number of amazing hotels within walking distance with great bars and restaurants inside.
The bus stops outside the house and will take you many places, including into the town.
This is our 2nd home so it isn't clinical like a lot of place, very homely and part of our lives. ☀️🥖🇫🇷
